  • Katrina Pankuch

    Founder & Recruiting Partner

    My name is Katrina Pankuch and it all started with an aspiration: to help others to achieve more.

    After 15+ years in HR and Talent Acquisition, I found myself looking for new employment. The all too familiar catch? Companies were ghosting me, treating me like my interview process was disrupting their days, responding to my applications 8 months after submission (true story). Can you relate? Communication is key; relationships are critical; and in those moments I realized I could be providing that positive recruiting and hiring experience to others, instead of searching for it myself. Alas, Aspire Talent Solutions, LLC.

    Recruiting doesn’t have to be difficult. Finding your next career should be exciting.  Our goal is to bring simplicity back to recruiting.

    I have led recruiting teams across several industries including retail, manufacturing and distribution, and machinery, to name a few. I’ve been responsible for recruiting high-volume entry-level roles to high-level executives of global organizations. From customer service to VPs, my focus is always on providing best-in-class hiring experiences to the individual and to the organization.

    When I'm not Aspiring professionally, you can find me crafting with my little ones, getting my Spin on, reading Suspense & Thriller books, or pretending to know what I'm doing in my pepper garden.

  • Erin Frommeyer

    Recruiting Partner

    With a strong background in high-volume recruiting and talent management, Erin brings expertise in full life cycle recruitment, healthcare staffing, and university relations to Aspire Talent Solutions. She has a proven track record of developing strategic recruitment initiatives that attract top talent and align with organizational goals.

    In her most recent role within the construction industry, Erin developed and executed recruitment strategies across various departments, focusing on operations and other critical areas. She managed the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.

    Earlier in her career, Erin gained significant experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, where she successfully developed and implemented recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals. She managed the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and overseeing the onboarding process. She also supported retention efforts and ensured that all placements were aligned with both client and employee expectations.

    Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and has developed a robust skill set in sourcing, interviewing, and placing talent across various industries.

    Outside of work, Erin enjoys playing, watching, and attending sports games, especially the Reds and Bengals games. She also stays busy with her husband and 1 year old son. They like to spend time outside at nearby parks and the zoo. Erin is committed to both personal and professional growth. She is passionate about creating inclusive work environments and contributing to the continued success of Aspire Talent Solutions.

    With 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Rob is a seasoned recruiter known for delivering results in fast-paced, high-demand environments. Specializing in both high-volume and specialized exempt and non-exempt recruiting, Rob has successfully supported a wide range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications and technical support.

    Throughout his career, Rob has built a reputation for developing strong partnerships with hiring managers, streamlining recruitment processes, and sourcing top-tier talent that drives organizational success. His HR background brings a comprehensive understanding of workforce planning, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations, allowing for a holistic approach to talent strategy.

    From managing large-scale hiring events to filling niche roles with precision, Rob is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and creating value for both candidates and employers. Whether scaling teams during rapid growth or improving recruitment workflows, Rob brings a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution to every challenge.

    When he’s not Aspiring,  Rob is a world traveler with a suitcase always half-packed, a heart full of wanderlust, and a weirdly specific love for black and white movies where everyone talks way too fast.     With over a decade of experience in corporate staffing and talent acquisition, Philip brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex hiring landscapes and building high-performing recruiting teams. Known for his owner mindset and strategic approach, Philip specializes in connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading organizations across the country.

    Throughout his 12-year tenure in the staffing industry, Philip developed a reputation for his ability to manage large-scale recruitment operations on a national level. Having successfully covered multiple states and diverse markets, he is an expert in full-lifecycle recruitment, from advanced sourcing and technical screening to complex offer negotiations. His background allows him to provide a consultative approach to both hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that every placement is a long-term cultural and operational fit, regardless of the geographic location.

    Philip is particularly passionate about the "human" side of the market. He leverages modern sourcing techniques and a deep understanding of workforce trends to find the "unicorns" that drive organizational growth and innovation.

    Outside of the office, Philip is a true creative with a passion for visual storytelling. When he’s not Aspiring, you can often find him behind a lens experimenting with film photography and cinematography. A dedicated "millennial dad" and fitness enthusiast, he enjoys staying active to keep up with his two sons—including his youngest, who keeps him on his toes with a unique perspective on the world. Philip is also an avid golfer, always looking to improve his game and apply that same quest for perfection to his professional partnerships. Whether he’s dialing in his swing on the golf course or capturing the perfect shot through a camera lens on a family vacation, Philip brings the same level of curiosity and high-performance hustle to everything he does.
